Choose the right route for account help, unsafe listings, privacy and removal requests, rights complaints or a moderation appeal.

1. Support and account help

Our support contact is [email protected]. Email us for account access problems, listing questions, accessibility issues or concerns about the service. You do not need an account to contact us.

Include a short subject, the affected GroupHub page, what you expected to happen, what happened instead and an approximate date and time. For account issues, write from the registered email address where possible and include any error or request reference shown on screen. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots.

For a forgotten password, start with password recovery. Profile changes and account deletion are available in Account settings; eligible listing changes are available in My submissions.

Never send a password, email login code, recovery link, session token or authenticator secret. Support does not need those secrets to investigate your request.

2. Unsafe content and broken invitations

For a published listing, use Report on its detail page. In-product reports require a signed-in, eligible account; duplicate and activity limits apply. Select the most accurate reason and describe the issue. Correctly labeled NSFW content is allowed; report a missing label or a specific breach of the Content Policy.

If you cannot use Report, email [email protected] with the GroupHub listing URL, the destination URL if safely available, the reason for concern, relevant dates and a safe description of the evidence. Explain whether the concern involves an immediate safety risk.

Do not forward illegal files, child sexual abuse material or someone's private credentials. Report the source location instead. For imminent danger, contact the appropriate emergency services and report the underlying activity to the destination platform. GroupHub support is not an emergency service.

3. Listing corrections and removal

Community owners, authorized representatives and affected people can email [email protected]. Include the exact GroupHub URL, what should be corrected or removed, your connection to the community or information and the reason for the request.

Examples include an invitation that should no longer be public, inaccurate metadata, an impersonation, personal information in a description or a destination that changed its purpose. Provide proportionate evidence of ownership or the issue, such as a public administrator contact or confirmation through an existing account; wait for us to agree on a secure method before sending identification documents.

We may limit a listing while assessing a credible risk. A request is assessed against the facts, applicable rights and directory policy. Removal here does not delete the community, revoke its invitation or erase cached copies on other services. Contact those services separately where needed.

4. Privacy rights and account deletion

Email [email protected] for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Tell us which information or processing you mean, the account or listing involved and the outcome you seek. Someone making a request on another person's behalf should explain their authority to act.

Account deletion can be requested in Account settings after a recent sign-in. Successful confirmation closes account access first; authentication account deletion is processed separately. Published listings remain without your account association. If you want a listing or personal details in its text removed as well, identify them in a separate request. See Privacy: account deletion and listing removal.

If you cannot sign in or a deletion appears stalled, contact us from the account email where possible. We may verify identity proportionately and explain any information that must be retained. Rights requests are handled within applicable legal time limits, including any permitted extension.

6. Moderation appeals

To challenge a rejected submission, requested edit, suspended listing, account restriction or automated action, email [email protected]. Include the listing URL or available reference, the decision and date, the reason you believe it was mistaken and any relevant new information.

Check My submissions for available feedback before appealing. Where the workflow allows an edit, address the identified issue there. Do not create another account or repeatedly submit the same invitation to evade the original decision.

You can request human review. We consider relevant policy, evidence and safety risks; an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement or disclosure of security-sensitive information. If you disagree with the result, you retain any complaint or remedy available under applicable law.

7. Security vulnerability reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities or unintended exposure of information to [email protected]. Include the affected page or feature, a concise description, minimal reproduction steps and the potential impact. Share only redacted evidence needed to understand the issue.

Do not access, alter or retain another person's data, cause a service outage, bypass controls further than necessary to demonstrate the problem or publish sensitive exploit details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate. If a demonstration would require sensitive data, ask us to agree on a safe method first.

This contact route does not create a paid bug bounty or authorize testing third-party community platforms.

8. How requests are handled

We use your message and relevant account or listing information to investigate, respond and document the outcome, as explained in the Privacy notice. Please keep follow-ups in the same email thread and mention any existing reference.

We prioritize credible safety, privacy and security concerns. Ordinary support and moderation review times depend on the complexity of the request; no fixed response or resolution time is promised. Applicable legal deadlines for rights requests or valid legal notices take precedence.

GroupHub can act on its directory and accounts. It cannot recover money sent to a community, remove messages on another platform or guarantee access to an external group. If your issue is with the underlying platform or community, contact that operator as well.
